THIRD time ordering a pork roll EGG and cheese, third time getting just pork roll and cheese. How you can consistently leave out the egg on and EGG breakfast sandwich I do not understand it’s the main ingredient. We try to call to let them know this keeps happening and are immediately put on hold for 10+ minutes and no one ever picks up the line. We tried for about a half hour before giving up.

We were so happy when Rahway Bagels took over the Juno Bagels spot. Finally, a real bagel spot. Love the bagels and the sandwiches but the organizational skills of the management leave a lot to be desired! On several occasions, we have had extremely long waits. I’m glad business is booming but it has to be managed better. Today’s wait was the worst and has prompted this review. We ordered from Uber Eats at 10am. The first driver showed up and gave up waiting on the food. The second driver was patient enough to wait 50 minutes! Our breakfast sandwiches arrived on time for lunch at 12pm!!! Thankfully, we didn’t have anything pressing to attend to and were able to wait on our food. I hope someone at the establishment reads this review and figures out how to manage the orders better. If not, I’ll fall back on the chain, Manhattan Bagels, until I find another good bagel spot.

We ordered at 10:35 online, 6 bagels and cream cheese. The simplest order. It said it would take ten minutes online. Guess when we got our order? 11:25! This old lady with a white hat was slow as hell. She constantly got peoples names wrong, including ours. They had at-least 6 people working too… The lady with the hairnet literally wiped away her sweat and didnt change gloves. The male cashier with the black hat is over here randomly commenting on peoples ethnicity’s. Weird. Also hes over here saying order in person not the app. Like… no, hire people who can fulfill the requirements. Stop using the app if you cant handle it.

I will start by saying that I enjoy their bagels. So the reason I gave them 3 stars is that 2/3rds of the time I get the wrong bagel. Not exaggerating . I always order pumpernickel bagel and the last 3 times I came here I got plain bagel twice and poppy bagel once. Most of the times I just eat it not a big deal, but today it got to me. Make a better system to get the correct bagel!!! I hate coming back and asking for what I ordered. Plus I feel like an AHole when I know the place is busy and I have to be like can you redo my order.

They never disappoint! New owners are awesome and they know what they are doing. Every time I walk in the door I feel like I’m the first one there with there ecstatic greetings and sense of urgency to help me. They are very organized and I never have to wait too long. Their bagels are perfect too! The amount of cream cheese is perfect- not too much not too stingy. And the meat egg and cheese is exactly what you need to start your day. The many flavors offered for the bagels are so hard to choose from l, you might just order one of everything.

Believe the hype!!! Best bagels around! So this is a TO GO (pickup only) spot. There are no tables to sit and eat, but with the way the bagels are set up you won’t take long to finish it in your car 😂. I highly recommend you taking a trip and giving them a try, I was in and out of the store in a matter of 10 minutes max. Will definitely be back soon!

Ordered through UberEats wanted to replace the lox spread with tuna being that it isn’t an option. I also have done this several times. I called to make sure they saw the note as I always do the young lady was pleasant. Then the owner takes the phone and tells me it’s not an option for a reason they don’t want people to get sick with tuna sitting in an Uber car. I said I do this all the time but he pretty much told me this was the last time. So I said to myself it sure is the last time. They sent me the lox anyway and smaller than what I ordered and paid for and not the tuna. It’s cool. My last order at this spot. Because if Lox cream cheese can safely sit in an Uber car I sure as heck don’t understand why tuna can’t. To each his own. Too many bagel spots that satisfies their customers around. I’ll just go to them.
